Simple, Transparent Licensing
We offer four different licensing packages for SERENEDI as shown below. If you have specific needs for a custom license package, please talk to us directly. Each server license is the right to install SERENEDI on a single Windows operating system. The rate is locked to 3 years, and subject to a 5-7% rise every three years thereafter.

- Each Additional Server: $1800 per year
- Process Upgrades: $1000 per 8 simultaneous processes
- Consulting services are available for $250 per hour, depending on our availability and discretion.
- All license packages are required to pay an X12 IP Licensing fee of $180 per year (subject to change according to X12)

- All fees subject to change. The annual licensing fee for each package is locked for the first 3 years, with a 5-7% increase every 3 years thereafter.
- Only employees and contractors of licensed corporations are permitted to use SERENEDI’s technology. We provide unlimited next-business-day email support for a number of developers equal to the number of server licenses. Phone support includes teleconferencing. Additionally, licensees are required to pay ASC X12’s $180/year fee to cover the use of their intellectual property embedded in our product. This will appear as a separate line item on the invoice and is a flat fee, regardless of the number of instances.

Rate Locked for 3 Years
Your annual licensing fee is locked at purchase price for the first three years. After that, modest 5–7% increases every three years.
